
RULES FOR COMMISSIONED WORK
The minimum commission rate is US$80.00 and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. The clearer the client's concept, the more satisfactory the final result will be. To begin the creative process, I request an initial payment of 50% of the total cost of the artwork. This payment covers the development of the initial sketch based on the ideas provided by the client and includes up to three revisions. If the client remains dissatisfied with the final result, an adjustment to the total project cost will be negotiated to continue working on the artwork.
In case of cancellation by the client, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time spent creating the artwork. All finished works are delivered in high-resolution digital format. However, color adjustments for printing and vectorization are the client's responsibility.
These terms apply to both commissions and works for galleries. After the sale of the artwork, the client retains the rights of use, while I retain the right to display the artwork on social media, publications, and other media to promote my own work as well as the client's.
