RULES FOR COMMISSIONED WORK
The minimum commission fee is set at US$ 80.00 and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. The clearer the client's concept, the more satisfactory the final outcome will be. To initiate the creative process, I require an upfront payment of 50% of the art's total cost. This payment covers the development of the initial sketch based on the client's provided ideas, and includes up to three revisions. If the client remains unsatisfied with the final result, an adjustment to the overall project cost will be negotiated for further work.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the 50% initial payment is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time spent on creating the artwork. All completed work is delivered in a digital format with high resolution. However, color adjustments for printing and vectorization are the responsibility of the client.
These terms apply to both commissions and gallery art. Once the artwork is sold, the client retains usage rights, while I maintain the right to showcase the art on social media, in publications, and other media to promote my own work as well as the client's.
Payments are accepted through PayPal, and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
